Hellesdon - Speeding on Meadow Way

October 15, 2019 2:29 PM

Councillor David Britcher has been speaking to residents along Meadow Way and Windsor Road. On more than one occasion over the last few years vehicles have been travelling too fast and have crashed through walls and damaged property. Residents are keen to see something done but so far nothing has been done.

Cllr Britcher said "I'm frustrated on behalf of the residents as cars do fly down here far too fast and more than one property has suffered damage. Its unsafe and action needs to be taken, i'll be speaking to the Parish Council and Highways to get a resolution".

ve Thomas added "Speaking to residents and seeing some of the photos I am amazed nothing has been done to help residents here, bollards or a speed reduction should be considered".
